We offer a range of residential and commercial cleaning services, including one-time deep cleaning, regular cleaning, in-home care cleaning, and more. Our services are customizable to meet your specific needs and preferences.
No, you do not need to supply your own cleaning equipment and chemicals. We provide all of our own chemicals and equipment. If you prefer for us to use your cleaning equipment just let us know and we will happily use yours instead.
Yes, we all background checked. All cleaners hold a current police clearance certificate and are fully insured too. We are happy to send you these documents on request.
Yes, of course you can. We realise circumstances can change or someone in your household can get sick. We will work in with your schedule and try reschedule your appointment as quickly as we can.
Yes, our priority is ensure the same cleaners are sent to your home or office each visit. If a cleaner is off sick or away on holiday we will send through a replacement. We will also endeavour to let you know before hand if there is someone new attending your home or office.
Yes, if you feel comfortable giving us a key, we are happy to hold on to this. Alternatively majority of our clients tend to keep a key in a lockbox or leave a key out in a safe place.
We will issue you an invoice for our services after your clean is completed. We accept payment by direct debit.
